Important Dates and Registration Information

Tuesday, January 13, 2026, 12 PM EST: Camp Registration Opens

March 15: Last Day for Deposit Refunds

April 15: Remaining Camp balance due

May 1: All camper health history forms due (completed on parent portal)

We offer six, one-week sessions for campers ages 8-15.

Two weekends a summer are scheduled camper stayover weekends for campers enrolled in consecutive weeks.

Campers may be enrolled up to three weeks.

  • Campers may select up to three sessions on their application. We highly recommend selecting backup weeks for your camper.

  • Campers enrolled in consecutive weeks that do not include a stayover weekend are picked up on Saturday and brought back to camp on Sunday at regular check-in times.

WAITLISTED CAMPERS: We continue to fill spots for Campers as spaces open up through the spring and into the summer. Cancellations do happen, often times very close to the start of Camp and during the summer.

In the event that your preferred week(s) are full:

  • Your camper will automatically be enrolled in their backup week(s) if space is available and will also be placed on the waitlist for your preferred week(s).

  • You will hear from us if a spot opens up for your campers age group.

If your preferred week(s) AND backup week(s) are full:

  • Your camper will automatically be placed on the waitlist for all selected weeks and you will hear from us if a spot opens up for your campers age group.
