PARENTS, BEFORE CAMP: We HIGHLY recommend reading through the topics covered in “ABOUT CAMP”. This area acts as our online Parent Handbook.

before camp checklist:

prior to camp beginning be sure to

  • Make sure your Camper’s medical form is filled out by June 1.

  • All remaining balance due must be paid in full by June 1.

  • Complete your Camper profile, including a recent photo of your Camper BEFORE Camp.

  • Make sure your contact information is up-to-date.

  • Go thru the Camp Packing List with your Camper. Everything your Camper brings to Camp must be labeled (sharpie!) with FIRST/LAST NAME or INITIALS.

  • Contact the Staff to discuss any special circumstances BEFORE Camp.

  • If you need help with any of these steps, please email us at

camp check-in and drop off day: 12 pm-3 pm

  • Staff will be waiting to greet you, help you find a parking spot, and direct you to the check-in table.

    • At the Check-in table:

      • We check for all completed Camper forms and balances paid.

      • Your Camper will receive a cabin assignment for the week.

      • Please discuss any additional pertinent information you need to go over with our Staff, Camp Nurse and medical team. Provide any medications, sunscreens, bugsprays in a ziplock bag (labeled with your Campers First and Last name) to the Camp Nurse.

      • Please be sure to collect any wi-fi devices, cell phones, laptops from your Camper. These items must stay at home.

      • Staff will direct you to the Camp Store to receive your Campers t-shirt.

  • After your Camper is checked-in, you will head back to your car where Staff will be waiting to help you load gear on a Camp Truck. Your family can head up to the cabins!

  • Curious to know how it's going? Please email us if you have any questions, concerns or compliments to share!

  • Campers do not receive phone calls, texts, emails while they are at Camp but we are more than happy to update you if you would like to to know how your Camper is adjusting. You will hear from us if we need to communicate and discuss concerns we may have for your Camper.

  • We do post an update or two each week on our Instagram and Facebook page to highlight some of the fun happenings at Camp.

camp pick-up day: 9 am-12 pm

  • Parking is available down by the barns between 9 and 12 p.m.

  • Your Camper will be waiting down the hill with her Cabin and his/her belongings.

  • Check Lost and Found Box located on the porch of the White House for any of your Campers belongings!
